What happens on day 15?
Your subscription starts automatically and your card is charged for the plan you picked. Nothing changes in the app, and you keep working without interruption. You do not need to do anything to continue.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your dashboard and cancel through the billing portal. Do it any time before the trial ends and you are never charged. We email you before the trial ends, so it will not sneak up on you.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It is kept. If you cancel, you keep full access until October 9, 2026, then the organization locks. Every animal record, enrichment session, and report is preserved and comes back exactly as you left it if you subscribe later.
Can I change plans during the trial?
Yes. Switch plans any time from the Billing page. Changing plans during the trial does not start the charge early.
